Большинство методов терапии в настоящее время все больше основываются на науке о разуме. Это означает, что эти методы, естественно, станут со временем более похожими и (надеемся) менее первобытными. Для нас наука абсолютно ясна: мы — развитый вид, и лучше всего мы функционируем в условиях безопасности, будучи окруженными поддержкой и добротой, и испытывая чувство сопричастности.

Так пусть ваша практика сострадания пойдет вам исключительно на пользу.
